Huge Congratulations to ChetChat who have won Community Group of the Year at the South Norfolk Council Community Awards 2022.
Last week volunteers Isobel, Margaret, Rhia and Jeremy, represented ChetChat at the ceremony at Barnham Broom which celebrates the wonderful efforts of volunteers throughout South Norfolk over the next year.
After winning the award Isobel added “We’re all so delighted that ChetChat has received this recognition from South Norfolk and we’re really looking forward to continue to support the more senior members of the community we serve. ChetChat’s ethos is one of kindness and support and I know that all the volunteers have enjoyed making friendships which probably wouldn’t have happened otherwise”.
ChetChat is just one of the groups that is part of the Norfolk Good Neighbour Network, they support their local community by offering befriending, prescription collections, support packages and more.
